Single-Leg Squat — Stand tall while holding both handles, lift one foot off the ground, and squat on the opposite leg while using the handles for balance, control, and added stability.

Single-Leg Lunge — Start in a split lunge stance with your back foot placed securely in the handle, lower your body under control, then return to the starting position before the back knee touches the ground.
